Scope: consumer and business orders; different rules apply to Quick-Ship (in-stock CY) and MTO (made-to-order).
A. Quick-Ship (in-stock, Cyprus)
- Return window (consumers): 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all parts.
- Return freight: Customer pays.
- Restocking fee: None (if unused and complete).
- Return address: Store & Go Warehouse (Limassol).
- Refund timing: within 14 working days after inspection.
- Refund method: bank transfer to the original payer.
- B2B: returns only by prior written agreement.
B. MTO & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
- MTO cancellation before production: full refund of deposit.
- After production starts: non-cancellable/non-returnable.
- Hygiene-sensitive (no returns once unsealed): toilet seats/lids; bathtubs/whirlpools; shower hoses/heads/handsets; sauna/cold-plunge components in contact with water.
C. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
- Report within 48 hours; keep packaging; provide photos.
- Remedy: repair, replacement, or parts (at our option and within applicable law).
- Exclusions: installed/used items without fault; improper installation; damage after 48h; normal wear.
