Quoting & Orders
Browse products, choose finishes/sizes, and click “Add to Quote.” Open your Quote Basket, fill in your details and notes, and submit. We’ll confirm price and ETA by email/WhatsApp.
Within 3 business days for most requests. Complex/large quotes may take a bit longer—if so, we’ll let you know.
No. Guest RFQs are welcome. You can create an account later to view order history.
We usually take a 40–50% deposit at Spec‑Lock to book production (exact terms will be stated on your quote). Balance is due before pickup/delivery.
Bank transfer on invoice is standard. If you require another method, tell us when you send your RFQ and we’ll advise.
Quick‑Ship orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. MTO orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins; after that, they are non‑cancellable and non‑returnable.
Shipping & Delivery
Quick‑Ship items are stocked in Cyprus for faster projects. MTO items are produced to order and sea‑freighted to Cyprus; typical transit is 100–120 days after spec lock and deposit.
ETAs depend on factory schedules, quality checks, and sea freight conditions. We share conservative windows and update you at key milestones (in production, shipped with vessel ETA, arrived at warehouse).
Cyprus and Greece. We’ll quote shipping on your RFQ and include applicable taxes/fees in your final invoice so you don’t get surprises.
Returns & Warranty
Quick‑Ship: 14‑day returns if unused in original packaging; customer covers return shipping. MTO: non‑returnable once production starts.
Please inspect on pickup/delivery and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours with photos. We will replace parts or the item according to our policy.
Standard **1‑year warranty** on covered items (full terms on the Warranty page). Misuse, improper installation, or normal wear are excluded.
Installation & Product Info
We don’t sell installation directly. We can refer trusted partners who know our products. Installation is contracted and billed separately.
