1) Scope & options
- Pickup at our warehouse (Limassol).
- Ship to Greece — quoted case-by-case (transit times vary).
2) Lead times
- Quick‑Ship (in stock Cyprus): ready for pickup as confirmed on your quote.
- Made‑to‑Order (MTO): typical ocean-freight lead time **100–120 days** after Spec‑Lock (50% deposit).
3) Risk & title
- **EXW Limassol**: risk passes at pickup/warehouse handover (including to your carrier).
- Title remains with Store & Go until full payment.
4) Pickup procedure (CY warehouse)
- Bring photo ID and order reference.
- We’ll confirm pallet count and provide pickup note.
- Inspect packaging before loading; report visible damage immediately.
5) Storage
- 10 calendar days free after arrival notice.
- After that: **€5/pallet/day** storage.
6) Damage on arrival (DOA)
- Report within **48 hours**, keep packaging, and send photos to contact@storengo.com.cy.
- We’ll arrange repair/replacement/parts as applicable.
7) Access constraints (large/bulky items)
- For deliveries arranged by you: ensure access, parking, lifts/stairs suitability.
- We do not provide in‑home installation or debris removal unless stated in your quote.
