1. Pricing & Quotes
- Currency: EUR (€).
- VAT: Prices shown are VAT-inclusive.
- Quote validity: 15 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
- Freight/FX clause: If there is a material change in ocean-freight surcharges and/or FX rates before shipment, we may adjust the final price. We will notify you in writing and you may accept the adjustment or cancel the affected line(s) before production/dispatch.
- Obvious errors: We may correct manifest pricing/specification errors.
2. Orders, Spec-Lock & Payments
- Spec-Lock: the order is locked when the 50% deposit is received.
- Balance: due before warehouse pickup (or dispatch if we arrange transport).
- Payment method: bank transfer only.
- Late payment: N/A (statutory remedies reserved).
3. Lead times & Substitutions
- MTO transit: typically 100–120 days after Spec-Lock (deposit).
- Lead-time clock starts after deposit is received.
- Substitutions: where an item is discontinued/back-ordered, we may propose an alternative of equal or higher specification; we proceed only with your written consent.
4. Delivery, Risk & Storage
- Delivery options: Warehouse pickup (Limassol); Ship to Greece (additional shipping cost).
- Risk: passes on pickup at our warehouse (EXW), including handover to your carrier. If we arrange carriage to Greece, we act as your agent; risk passes at warehouse handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Title retention: title remains with Store & Go until full payment.
- Storage: 10 calendar days free after arrival notice; thereafter €5/pallet/day.
- Missed delivery/re-delivery: N/A.
5. Inspection, Claims & Warranty
- Inspect on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage/shortage.
- Evidence: photos of packaging and item; note on delivery slip if courier.
- Warranty: 1-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects (cartridges/hinges/runners, missing parts, etc.).
- Consumer rights: EU 2-year legal guarantee remains unaffected.
- Exclusions: misuse, incorrect installation, wear & tear, chemical damage, water-pressure/scale issues.
6. Product Tolerances & Installation
- Variations: natural grain/colour differences; batch/dye-lot variation for tiles/claddings; dimensional tolerance ±3 mm where applicable.
- Installation: by qualified trades; damage from incorrect installation is not covered.
- Package/Bundle deals: as-is bundles; no swaps to higher price ranges; fixed finishes/specs.
7. Liability, Force Majeure, Language
- Liability cap: up to the price paid for the affected item(s); indirect or consequential losses excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- Force majeure: no liability for delays beyond our control (port congestion, strikes, weather, etc.).
- Languages: English and Greek versions may be provided; if inconsistent, the English version prevails.
