1) Coverage
This **1-year commercial warranty** covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products supplied by Store & Go. It runs from the date of delivery or pickup. Consumer statutory rights under EU law (2‑year legal guarantee) remain unaffected.
Covered examples
- Ceramic/glazed defects; casting flaws.
- Mixer cartridges, hinges, runners, soft-close mechanisms.
- Electrical components on sauna/cold plunge equipment (where applicable).
Not covered
- Misuse, improper or unqualified installation, failure to follow manuals.
- Damage from chemicals/abrasives, limescale, abnormal water pressure.
- Normal wear, cosmetic micro-variations, or batch shade differences.
- Damage reported outside the claim window.
2) Claim process
- Report issues to contact@storengo.com.cy with photos, order reference, and description.
- For DOA/transit issues, report within **48 hours** and keep packaging.
- We may request inspection by our team or supplier.
3) Remedies
At our discretion and subject to law: **repair**, **replacement**, or **supply of parts**. Replacement items may be equivalent or better if original is unavailable.
4) Installation & maintenance
Installation must be performed by qualified trades. Use only recommended cleaners and observe maintenance advice. Keep proof of professional installation where relevant.
